    We like to think that music has been a continuous history of generational shifts. Kids don't like the same music that their parents do. Or do they? I've seen a lot of Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd t-shirts on teenagers lately. And yesterday Alex Chilton, the ultimate outsider, was honored in Congress.  It took his untimely departure to motivate it, but yesterday Chilton was honored with a speech on the House floor.
