Starving Artists Find Food At Illegal Pete’s In Denver
If your group is touring through the Denver Metro Area in Colorado, Illegal Pete’s will feed you. In hopes of making the road a little more comfortable for artists, the restaurant, which looks to serve some amazing Mexican breakfast and cuisine, is filling the bellies of musicians passing through. Their “Starving Artists” program offers free food to bands. In return, all Illegal Pete’s wants is for groups to tell their friends and fans throughout the globe of their good tidings and tasty burritos.
Spearheading the program is Virgil Dickerson, CEO of Suburban Home Records, and Andy Thomas, a local musician and music journalist. With it, the two aspire to get like minded people into the restaurants and create a community atmosphere for musicians and fans alike. Artists interested in grabbing some grub are urged to stop in or make contact by email at music(at)illegalpetes.com.
